write something poetic here. or just cry. i don’t know. i’m just not good at writing “emotional” 500 words about the songs i admire. [even i can't write my master thesis haha]. this piece is composed by a magnificent paraguayan player/composer “agustin barrios mangore”. first part is preludio saudade , second part is andante religioso and the final part is allegro solemne. i am finding quite funny the players who are just playing the third part anyway. enjoy.

december 12 / sokoban prototype
today i sorf of hacked a gamepad to make a experimental interface for the legendary game “sokoban”.
actually what i did was finding an emulator which has the sokoban game and also supports gamepad (in this case it’s sega mastersystem). than i did this small 2 walled prototype just to see the way interaction works. i am quite satisfied with the simplicity and overall interaction. in the life size version you are going to push & rotate & touch the walls/borders with a normal size crate to play.
btw sokoban is legendddddd.
Sokoban can be studied using the theory of computational complexity. The problem of solving Sokoban puzzles has been proven to be NP-hard. This is interesting also for artificial intelligence researchers, because solving Sokoban can be compared to designing a robot which moves boxes in a warehouse. Further work has shown that solving Sokoban is also PSPACE-complete. Sokoban is difficult not only due to its branching factor (which is comparable to chess, but still much lower than that of go), but also its enormous search tree depth; some levels require more than 1000 “pushes”. Skilled human players rely mostly on heuristics; they are usually able to quickly discard futile or redundant lines of play, and recognize patterns and subgoals, drastically cutting down on the amount of search.

i was doing time
in the universal mind
i was feeling fine
i was turning keys
i was setting people free
i was doing all right
then you came along
with a suitcase and a song
turned my head around
now i’m so alone
just looking for a home
in every place i see
i’m the freedom man

december 9 / shoot me $12

“you think i’m a loser? because i have a stinking job that i hate, a family that doesn’t respect me, and a whole city that curses the day i was born? well, that may mean loser to you, but let me tell you something. every day when i wake up in the morning, i know it’s not going to get any better until i go back to sleep. so i get up. i have my watered-down tang and my still-frozen pop tart. i get in my car with no gas, no upholstery, and six more payments. i fight honking traffic just for the privilege of putting cheap shoes onto the cloven hooves of people like you. i’ll never play football like i wanted to. i’ll never know the touch of a beautiful woman. and i’ll never know the joy of driving through the city without a bag over my head. but i’m not a loser. because, despite it all, me and every other guy who’ll never be what they wanted to be, is out there, being what we don’t want to be, forty hours a week, for life. and the fact that i didn’t put a gun in my mouth years ago — that little fact makes me a winner, baby!”

today i woke up with this song in my brain. strange yet meaningful or vice versa. i guess i opened some hidden crate from “raiders of the lost ark” section of my brain.
“no hope, no harm
just another false alarm
so, tell me how long
before the last one ?”

december 7 / real, actual, virtual
the possible is already fully constituted, but exist in a state of limbo.
it can be realized without any change occurring either in its determination or nature. it is a phantom reality, something latent. the possible is exactly like the real, the only thing missing being existence. the realization of a possible is not an act of creation in the fullest sense of the word, for creation implies the innovative production of an idea or form. the difference between the possible and the real is thus purely logical.
the virtual should, properly speaking, be compared not to the real but the actual. unlike the possible, which is static and already constituted, the virtual is a kind of problematic complex, the knot of tendencies or forces that accompanies a situation, event, object, or entity, and which invokes a process of resolution: actualization. this problematic complex belongs to the entity in question and even constitutes one of its primary dimensions. the seed’s problem (the tree is virtually present in the seed), for example, is the growth of the tree. the seed is this problem, even if it is also something more than that. this does not signify that the seed knows exactly what the shape of the tree will be, which will one day burst into bloom and spread its leaves above it. based on its internal limitations, the seed will have to invent the tree, co-produce it together with the circumstances it encounters.

today was interestingly much much more about music & audio than image & video. i guess i woke up like that.
only thing i can tell personally about this perfect ending song for a day is, you should listen while you are moving to a certain direction. car, bicycle, plane, ship, spacecraft, boat, submarine, kayak, skateboard, catapult, if you are able while travelling without moving.
december 6 / meta data about my life.
i was already aware that my sun sign is sagittarius. but i just learned that the sun is in my birth chart + my ascendant is in aries, and my moon is in sagittarius. actually this meta data about my life means nothing to me because i don’t have any idea about astrology. however when i read some additional analysis about my sign and stuff i was quiet shocked i must say. do i have to take it seriously? don’t know.
hello moon what’s up?

if you are listening this song, you are going to feel much better when the song is over.
BUT also you are going to have a permanent earworm ; which is going to kill you. this fucking song is going to stuck in your head soo bad, you are going to loop millions of times and one day, in the bus or while you are drinking coffee or in a classroom when you realize “the earworm is gone, everything is over and it’s time for a nice big smile” WHAM! it is going to come back again & you are going to loop it some million times more and remember me. from stendhal syndrome (see previous post) to coconut - interesting start for a saturday.
“i say doctor!, you such a silly woman!
put the lime in the coconut, drink them both together!”

“Immortal Mozart!
You to whom I owe everything—to whom I owe that I lost my mind, that my soul was astounded,
that I was terrified at the core of my being—you to whom I owe that I did not go through life
without encountering something that could shake me, you whom I thank because I did not die
without having loved, even though my love was unhappy. No wonder, then, that I am
much more zealous for his glorification than for the happiest moment of my own life,
much more zealous for his immortality than for my own existence. Indeed, if he were
taken away, if his name were blotted out, that would demolish the one pillar that until
now has prevented everything from collapsing for me into a boundless chaos, into a
dreadful nothing”

december 4 / summary
let’s learn something. fancy word of the day. Anhedonia: loss of the capacity to experience pleasure. The inability to gain pleasure from normally pleasurable experiences.
“Those who enjoy their own emotionally bad health and who habitually fill their own minds with the rank poisons of suspicion, jealousy and hatred, as a rule take umbrage at those who refuse to do likewise, and they find a perverted relief in trying to denigrate them.”

#2 max bill / junghans automatic watch
#3 faber castell - grip 2001 pencil.
of course you can add bicycle, violin, arrow, toilet, glass, tanga (*honorary mention) but that’s the personal part of this post. hehe.
